About Us

Chris Hendrix is owner and founder of TX Wind and Solar, LLC. Chris holds an active building contractor license #5904 with the TRCC. For the last 12 years Chris has been a self-employed entrepreneur with vast experience in the commercial and residential markets. Prior to being in business for himself, Chris was President and Founder of RAM Inc, which was a multi-million dollar commercial construction company specializing in tenant build-outs and commercial retrofits. He received his Commercial Construction License form the State of Florida. Chris has been in the DFW metro-plex for the last ten years, doing commercial tenant build-outs and the construction of new homes under his other entity, Hendrix Homes (hyperlink)

Tim Fredrickson, Manager of Project Installations, brings vast experience to TX Wind and Solar from his other work experience. As a qualified journeyman electrician, working to shortly complete his Masters, Tim understands the technical aspects of wind and solar installations. Tim has worked previously in the Oil Industry and Defense Sector. His goal is to leverage his knowledge and experience form his industrial and scientific background to the Renewable Energy Marketplace. Tim has been DC Power Systems Certified, Sharp Certified, NABCEP Trained and is continuing with becoming NACEP Certified.

Doug Bailey holds a BA in Economics from Oswego State University and has been Sales Manager with Texas Wind and Solar since its inception. He has been leaving an environmental footprint everywhere he goes. His many years in the green industry, which include water conservation efforts and work to inspire the reusable bag effort, have led him to this exciting time in the renewable energy industry. Doug is passionate about finding a solution for everyone to implement Wind and Solar energy to power their lives.
